Under stress?

Well, I've had a very busy work schedule lately, as my primary job duty is to keep my mama happy. She's been needing lots of extra snuggles lately, as she claims to be "under stress" when she leaves the confines of my castle. However, she needs to keep going out because she claims that's how she keeps my kibble bin full. I don't know what this "stress" is that people get "under" when they leave the house. (As a beagle, when the people leave the house I get under BLANKETS, not under stress.)
